We had a Black Friday coupon for $10 off. Great deal, right? We called in our order for pick up, let them know we had the coupon, and double checked what size we needed and the lady confirmed everything was ok. She also confirmed we could just show the email on the phone when we pick up. We get to the bar, and are told that the coupon was only for dine in and were charged full price. They told us to come back and use it later.

Poor customer service experience. While admittedly I didn’t read all the fine print, either when we called in the order we should have been informed because we explicitly asked about it, or they should have honored it at the bar. We won’t be ordering again.

I order a fried chicken and bell pepper pizza for delivery. OMG I have never had a pizza taste SO GOOD. Please don't knock this combination before you try it. The only improvement that could be made is the crust, it wasn't as crispy as I would like that's the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars. All of my friends were satisfied, I will be ordering from them again.

When the hostess answering the phones is having a good day, she is pleasant to talk to. When she is not, she has one of the worst and shortest attitudes. I really love the food and as of recently the place overall. I’m not sure what the change was but the customer service has begun to dwindle away. I hope they can get this resolved before it gets worse.

Honestly I'm just done with this place. I've tried and tried and tried to see the silver linings. I really enjoy their buffalo chicken salad but management here is so screwed up its just not worth being a customer anymore. I've been ordering from here for years and years. Rob is absolutely fantastic and always takes care of his customers and is the main reason I've been back after so many issues.

Today I just want to order my salad. I get push back on not meeting the minimum delivery requirement - there is a new $16 minimum and I order a $13 salad. Due to being 1/2 mile away and a long term customer, several managers have been understanding and "override" this new requirement. Well today I talked to a manager - Luke I believe - who needs to work on his customer service. He begrudgingly said he would do the override after arguing with me and demanding to know what other managers I've talked to in the past - how should I know? Y'all have so much turn over I cant keep anyone straight there anymore. Luke then proceeded to hang up on me. I had to call back to tell them how I'd like to pay. Now get this - my total? $17! Over the $16 minimum. I cancelled my order.

I have a lot of things I would LIKE to say, but are not appropriate for this forum. So I'll be saying those things to everyone I know who frequents Blue Moon. So disappointing - I just wanted my salad for lunch during a hard days work TAKING CARE of my clients. Bye.

Love Blue Moon. First time visiting this location. Indoor seating area is so so but they have a nice little patio area. Pizza is very good and so are those Greek salads

I went here today at the end of lunch time. I walked in the sign said wait to be seated so I waited and waited. Four people came over near where I was waiting and eventually, as I was on the verge of leaving, a young lady asked me did I need to be seated. I told here I was waiting way longer than I should be she agreed and apologized. She also told my waiter Daniel and he made a point to telling me some of the staff was new and he also apologized as well. So if not for Daniel I would have left . I did order the lunch special two slices of pizza for 4.99 with a drink adding topping is extra. The Pizza was good not great but I may come again to see if they can seat me sooner.

We got a take and bake, and while it was fine it certainly wasn't worth the $16 we paid for it. I'd rather spend $4 more for a truly amazing (and much bigger) pizza at Pasta Bella.

Don't believe the reviews this was the worst pizza I've ever eaten and the mozzarella sticks were just as bad. Everything taste liked like it was microwaved before it comes to your table.Service was great on the other hand. Parking sucks too.

This place has one of the best service I have had in a long time. Waiter comes back every few minutes to check up on my friend and me. In addition, waiter takes initiative to refill my water cup.

The spice of the hot wings isn't there, but the freshness makes up for it. Pizza is very fresh.my favorite is the crust because there's a slight crunch and nice little sweetness.
