Don't understand how a set of plastic inserts can cost nearly $1,500. If the company was really interested in helping people, they wouldn't make them choose painless walking over feeding a family. Even their cheap shoes cost double what competitors charge. Go in and see for yourself but be prepared for sticker shock and typical sales pitches. At first you'll feel like the service is tailored to the individual but in the end you'll realize it's a sales gimmick. Just wear your worst smelling gym shoes so the joke is on them instead of you. I gave two stars because the place was clean and staff was somewhat friendly.

On December 26, 2016, my husband and I came into the Good Feet Wichita, Kansas store. My feet hurt so bad, walking was difficult. Sasha B was our cashier and was very helpful. When we left the store, I was wearing new shoes and the exercisers, and was already feeling significant relief. I hobbled into the store, and walked out! Since then, we've returned to the store several times to get help, answers to questions, and swap out shoe inserts as my condition improved. It's been over five months and I'd like to let you know that I'm able to walk more freely and normally, thanks to your orthotics. There are still days when my feet--and especially my heels--give me pain, but it's nothing like what it was before. It's been a delight to get back to walking on a regular basis, and to no longer think about my feet 24/7. Thank you! Thank you again for being open the day after Christmas, for your helpful service during my visit, and for relief! Best wishes, Carrie L. Lewis

I have had foot pain and bunions for over ten years. I assumed I was just going to have to get "grannie shoes". I decided to try the Good Feet store first. I was amazed at the immediate results. I no longer have foot pain, bunion pain or lower back pain. I can use the inserts in all my shoes and can stand for hours without pain!! Sasha was very personable and helpful. He also followed up with me to make sure everything was fitting well and my feet were not hurting. I now have HAPPY FEET!!!

I was needing to update my orthotics which I bought almost 7 months ago. Zach gave me excellent service and refitted me with the orthotics that I needed for my shoes. I am very saisfied with both the service I received and with the orthotics. My knees are not longer hurting and I can get back to

Don't ever buy from the store first of all the product is cheap it's marked up 650%
Zach the store manager is presumptuous and rude
Their disgusting prices that they charge are 200/pr for cheap entry level up to $ 1100 which is what they will push on you
They will also ask and push u to use financing to pay for the most expensive thing they have!!!
    Trust me!!! I know
He is aggressive and he is also a liar
The district manager, Scot Kemmer is just the same
I would highly recommend not ever walking into the store one time during a job interview they even told me that the only reason they charge so much is because they don't have any competition not because the product is actually worth the price they are charging
There are many other options that a person can take that would be highly beneficial
First of all if you ask your doctor to write your prescription slip for some arch supports and link it to diabetes or early onset diabetes or orthopedic foot pain you can go into competitors stores in the Wichita area such as unique feet and other medical supply stores and actually have your health insurance companies be billed by these suppliers of arch support inserts
The good feet company also is not so good
They use a scripted sell speech they use scripted customer objections for the sales people they are not sincere they are not honest they are not there to help you truly for your well-being
They have memorized a pre-established script to sell you the product and they want to sell you not what the customer wants to buy
I know this for sure because of my previous contact with 2 employees.
So it is my goal it is my ambition to slow these guys down because they are liars and their product is cheap and they are not there to serve you
Trust me in what I say because I have been selling medical supplies for other businesses for over 15 years
And if you have any questions I will be honest just Facebook me and message me and I'll tell you

I have had my Good Feet Arch Supports since May 2016. I have plantar fasciitis and my feet would hurt ALL the time and I also had back pain. With the Good Feet Arch Supports the pain in my feet is almost non-existent and I no longer have back pain. I can't say enough good things about my Good Feet Arch Supports. They have allowed me to walk for longer periods of time and stand for longer periods of time when need be.

CAUTION: Don't buy the shoes there.
At first I was very happy with my experience at Good Feet. The orthopedic inserts did help with my foot pain a great deal. The rep insisted I needed to also purchase their Brooks Shoes, with the inserts "for the good of my feet." I had never before spent over $150 for a pair of shoes, but decided to go ahead. However, the Brooks shoes started falling apart within four months (and I don't have a real active lifestyle- I'm not a runner). Because they cost so much I was expecting better quality and longer life. I have known of Wal-Mart shoes that lasted longer than four months! I took the shoes, with receipt and original box, back to Good Feet; but the personnel adamantly refused to consider replacing my shoes. I was furious.
These people don't have basic customer service skills. As a working professional, if they had replaced the failing shoes, they would have won me as a customer for life. Most likely I would have come back yearly for upgrades and new products. As it is, I will never set foot back in their store because of their attitude; and will warn all my associates away from them as well.
I have since, on my own, appealed directly to Brooks Shoes (the manufacturer) for replacement product. But Good Feet should have made good on this, or quit selling inferior product. (and this same shoe is only $90 on the Brooks website, instead of $159.95)
Lesson learned: Buy their inserts, but don't by the shoes they try to tack on to your purchase.

I visited the Good Feet Store over the July 4th weekend. My left foot was hurting from plantar fasciitis and the new insoles in the 3-step system have been helping me recover from my injury. I appreciate all the help and knowledge from Wendy and Zach!

Was a great time. Wendy was very knowledgeable, and helpful. She also laughed at my husbands terrible jokes. It was a great experience.
