The staff is helpful and seems to know their products well. They have worked me through a couple different issues w/ my son's rc car at no charge. They have a good variety and from what I've found online they are competitively priced.

They have a good selection of board games, models, drones, RCs, ect. However that's where the good ends. Most of the stuff is over priced and can find cheaper elsewhere. Also the customer service is garbage. Was in there for 30 minutes and not a single employee (4 working) said a single thing to me. Not even a greeting when I walked in. All I heard was them laughing and talking about whatever behind the counter. Seem more interested in their own stuff than helping customers.

Horrible customer service. You can hear them all making fun of customers that were just in because they may not have been rc pros. They do not stand behind their products. Most of the time even though there are plenty of people working getting help is impossible. Most of the time they are sitting on their butts eating and talking trash about people. Very very unprofessional. I would never recommend this store.

Great inventory! If you are an experienced hobbyist or gamer and know what you are looking for you will enjoy this place. If you are looking for something specific and ask where it is someone should be able to help you, but don't expect good conversation, they don't seem very inspired. It's a good place to get what you want, but not the most fun or stimulating atmosphere. There are better options in Wichita that carry more specific product than the large inventory sold here.

Go in to buy a item and they have the worst customer service along with the selection isn't that great and everything is over priced
The one thing I needed they only had a result exspesive one. And I proceeded to have to ask for everything and they were not had no clue what there items dan so. I feel as if they hired all the people that got fired from Walmart.
The worst customer Service I have had in idk how long.

I bought a defective drone from them and they would not exchange or accept return. They said sorry about your bad luck. Wasted $140. Later I found out I could have gotten the exact same thing on Amazon for $100.
