Been here twice for scheduled appointment and both times were put off for other clients as if we had only been walk-in. Natasha had no intention of cutting my daughters hair and passed her off to someone else.

I had a bad experience with a stylist many years ago and have been cutting my own hair since for the past 15 years. I took a chance on The Fringe Salon, they were the only salon who could get me in without an appointment as a walk in. The salon itself is gorgeous and their Kevin Murphy products make it smell heavenly. The receptionist went out of her way to make me comfortable. My stylist was Karly and she was amazing. She was super nice and talked to me the whole time. She listened to what I wanted and helped me decide what was best for my hair and what would style easily. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable. The results are amazing. It's by far THE best hair cut I've ever gotten. She is truly talented. She gave me so much of my self esteem back. I would highly recommend The Fringe Salon and Karly to anyone looking for the perfect style and Salon. I've found my stylist! The Fringe may be on the Fringe of Florence but it's a true hidden treasure.

I came in with long brown hair with the intention of cutting it all off and dying in a silver with lavender tips my hairdresser was Courtney and she was very friendly and made the transition very easy the only thing that held me back from giving it 5 stars is not their fault and it was the fact that my hair didn't take the color well and ended up with blonde hair and lavender roots. With this in mind I love the look very much and have had a lot of complements on it

I finally was able to afford to get my hair done professionally, I have pretty long hair it is about an inch past my waist and went in to make an appointment, I spoke with Jessica and told her exactly what I wanted and showed pictures. She was extremely nice and friendly but hair turned out HORRIBLE! The top of my hair is dark brown then there is a straight line a little lower than the crown of my head of blonde all the way to the ends of my hair. It is not blended at all and it is very patchy on the sides it looks like I have a mix of zebra stripes and polka dots. I went back to the salon and told her what I didn't like about it and she acted like that is how it was supposed to look and it seemed like she was trying to blame me for how bad it looked. I asked more my money back and she refused and the owner was extremely rude about it. I will never go back and would never recommend The Fringe to anyone! It was a terrible experience. This is really bad timing for me, I am leaving in a few days to see my boyfriend graduate from basic training and I really don't want to look like an idiot. The only way to hide it is to put my hair up in a bun and I hate to wear my hair up. Now I have to find someone in a day and pay them more money that I don't have to get it fixed!
