  BEWARE!! They say rent is $695 at 709, but it's an extra $25 "convenience fee" to pay it through their rent portal. So, rent is actually about $720 a month, not including extra utilities. Maybe integrate the price of your rent with the fee so renters don't get confused.
  I haven't even moved in yet and there's already problems. My unit has been switched three separate times without a given reason and my roommates have been switched 4 times, including the day our leases start. My auto payment that was set up for rent still won't go through either, even though I have the money in my account. This is ridiculous and unacceptable, especially for how much I'm paying to live here. Definitely not signing again next year.

  The people that work here are awesome and super friendly. Building looks very nice inside and out. Apartments I’ve seen are also very nice and decently sized. Amenity lounge and courtyard are great hangout spots. Overall really nice place.
