Uintah Fireplace has been an exceptional company from start to finish. The sales process was easy, the office kept me well informed on timing, but the installers were the real shining star. Kyle came and installed my fireplace and was on time, SUPER respectful of my home (left it so clean), and also did some EPIC custom work which resulted in a much better looking and cleaner install. He did this ONSITE at the install appointment. I will recommend Uintah (and KYLE) to everyone I can. Thanks and we’ll done!

Giving Uintah a 5 because Clint and Wesley came through on all needs after the sales team secured the deal and dipped out. They were so timely, responsive, respectful of the space and most importantly customer oriented. They answered all of our questions and followed up on all outstanding matters. Would call these guys for any assistance with our new fireplace. 👏 👏 👏 they made it worth it and the outcome is outstanding thanks to Clint and Wesley!

When I first stopped in at Uintah Fireplace, I thought I’d have to get a totally new fireplace. But Steve came out and determined that they could fix it. And then Alex came out the next day and did the work on it. He was delightful, knowledgeable and fixed it quickly! Oh, and he put up with my very large playful golden doodle puppy. They even sent a picture of the repairman who would be coming, which was a great idea. I highly recommend Uintah Fireplace!

Excellent experience! The team of Alex and Cody were friendly and very knowledgeable. Received a text when the team was on their way and whom I would be expecting in my home. They wore shoe coverings and put down tarps to protect our floor and contain any debris. The team worked well in tandem. Cody disassembled our unit and began cleaning, yes cleaning the removed outer glass! Additional embers were also added. Alex immediately went to the panel and diagnosed the potential problem quickly. I was pleased that replacement part was with the team and my problem was solved in a very short amount of time. Alex even touched up some internal areas with spray paint to improve the vanity of our unit.
I was beyond pleased that the unit was a functional but also more Eye appealing. The team also provided an overview of all of their products and services the company provides in addition to fireplace maintenance. All are services on my radar and I am pleased to know how diverse their product offering is. The customer service went above my expectations and I will definitely reach out to them again with future needs.

I had a Napoleon Ascent Linear 46 installed, to replace an old wood fireplace with a brick facade that I had torn out. The install went well and looks wonderful. The new design makes our living room look larger and more modern.

UPDATE 04/07:2022: They came out today and "fixed" the problem: dead batteries in a second box that requires them. Charged me $149 for the effort. I'm lowering the star rating because had they given me a bit of orientation to my $6000 fireplace when they installed it and told me there were TWO boxes inside that took batteries, I would have known to look for a second one and replaced them myself.

UPDATE 03/10/2022: Not the best experience. First, they failed to put in the fan I paid for and had to come back and put it in after the fact. Second, the fireplace stopped responding to the remote. Everything is wired into the house and has no need for batteries in the fireplace itself. No breakers were flipped either. So, I'm not sure why it stopped responding to the remote. Sadly, they tell me I have to wait a month before someone can come out and get it fixed. This is pretty pathetic for a fireplace that was installed 1 year ago. It basically means by the time they get it fixed, winter will be past and there will be no further need for its use this year.
