We were pleasantly surprised at our visit to this beautiful farm. Amish country itself is such a charming and pretty place and this one is a gem.
The horse ride and the animal interaction was one of a kind with so many animals and the opportunity to feed them was amazing. You have to visit this place if you are planning a trip to Amish!!response / report this review -

Can't say enough good things about this place, such a fun place for family. We love the wagon ride to feed the amazing animals they have there! Also it's great touring the house and a bonus of having a chocolate chip cookie made there!

Simply superb! While anyone will definitely enjoyits a must visit for a family with a kids. Food options inside the farm are limited apart from the freshly baked breads for $3 and free cookies, you can also buy fresh fruits. Better pack a lunch if you are planning to stay for long.
The farm has a range of animals including some exotic ones. I would recommend the buggy tour instead of taking your car if you are going there for the first time. Also carry cash as they don't accept cards. It is hard not to enjoy this place in the lap of nature! You would need atleast 3-4 hours to enjoy the place, some do spend the entire day.response / report this review -

I brought my niece for some special time before school started. It was a beautiful day. Noah was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was stern when an adult wasn't listening. It was for their and every one else's safety. We had a great time feeding the animals. The property is well maintained and beautiful. It was a perfect day.

Wow! This is so much better than a visit to the zoo that I don't know where to begin. Animals are not cooped up in cages - they roam free and enjoy life with lots of grass and trees. They come right up to the car - get your camera ready. Just be sure to follow their instructions - it's dangerous to pet certain animals (they bite). However, we had a great time because we did as asked. One the car ride is over, there are many great locations for families to enjoy. We plan to stop in again.

This place is fantastic! A family can spend a whole day here and have a great time. It gets the family off the couch, provides exercise, AND education. It's a more than just looking at animals. It's a small glimpse into a different way of life. Patrons can view this attraction on their own or take a wagon pulled by horse. And you can feed quite a few of the animals from a bucket so an up close and personal view of the animals can be enjoyed!

Beautiful farm, my kids and I loved it. You can tell they put a lot of hard work and dedication to keep it running. It was nice to see the way the Amish live. Everyone there was very welcomimg. The interaction you get with the animals is the most and closest. I thought tgis was nicer than going to a zoo. The animals don't look miserable. Like they do caged in at zoo's. We will definitely be going back.

The most fun I have had in a long time. Great place to relax and leave your troubles behind. You can choose the wagon ride for a few dollars more or to take you personal vehicle through. I choose to take my own through so I could enjoy it at my own pace. With slight caution, you can get up close and personal with the animals. The Llamas were a joy to feed, as were the Giraffe because seriously, when was the last time you had the chance to pet a Giraffe? My highlight was with the Scotch Highland Cattle. This big baby thought he was a lap dog. At the very end is an Ostrich. Have some caution around this one, neat to look at but he/she likes to nip at you. I want to go back someday for the sleigh ride during the winter. Bring a camera and capture memories. I'll post some photos; only a small fraction of the amount I took for that day. You can round out your day with great mood food at the Der Dutchman right down the road. You don't have to take my review seriously, go see for yourself what you have been missing. :-)

My daughter and I had a wonderful time here. Everyone was so friendly. It was a great family trip and I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I took our 2 kids (10 and 4). We had an absolutely amazing time, minus the 2 swans chasing us (ok, just my son and I were scared, my husband and step daughter found it hilarious). We loved feeding the animals, pet a few, and loved seeing all of the beautiful birds. The only thing I recommend is taking off your wedding rings, or any ring for that manner. A giant cow or something of the sorts got my husband's wedding ring, which made for a hilarious story when we got to church that night. I definitely recommend taking the whole family, or just a nice little date for anyone! Also, save some food for the end, you can feed the giraffes!!! That was my favorite part! I hope there is snow this winter so I can surprise my husband with a sleigh ride date!!
