Fantastic shop. Warm greetings from a friendly and informed staff. Exellent products and a wide selection. I always enjoy shopping here.
You need a movie or special gift for music or movie lover. Get it here. At a reasonable price.
The staff there was very kind, they were willing to go above and beyond to help me find the game that I wanted. I love what the exchange does, I've always gone there over GameStop! The only brick and mortar game store that's better than buying online.
I was having a lot of trouble with headphones not working. After the 3rd trip after 2 purchases of bad luck They were nice enough to help me and cut me a break on a more quality pair that worked much better. Their customer service was helpful and to see my frustration by working with me is greatly appreciated. Thank you guys.
I have 2 gift cards, one for 20 dollars and one for 30 dollars, and I still won't shop there! The black manager is rude asf! and the second fat manager is a comb over away from being butch. SERIOUSLY go to VIDEO GAME CONNECTIONS on Memphis definitely worth the drive.
This place has everything, prices seem fair to low. People were helpful. Inventory was well organized
Absolutely love this place! My favorite place to shop! Always can find something for myself or gifts for others. Store is clean and staff is helpful.
Have shopped here for years and have bought many movies, games and consoles from them. However when trying to trade in something they will make up every lousy excuse to not take it..or they will offer you an insulting couple of dollars. I keep my items in beautiful condition and to offer me only a few dollars or not at all is DISGUSTING and pure GREED. Me and my husband are boycotting the exchange of parma now which is sad because they used to be fair to people and nice . Word of wisdom , do not shop here.
We went to sell some of our giant DVD collection. Prices were low but comparable to prices offered online and I didn't have to pack anything up for shipping. The house is 3 boxes of movies lighter! They also buy some audio electronics - I saw turntables and an entire 70s Era sound system - and collectibles. Had fun browsing while we waited. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 was that their music was a bit loud.
Very clean store with very nice staff. Prices of older and classic games tend to be a bit high, but overall, a great store. I would recommend going here before you stop at GameStop.
This place sucks of you actually plan on buying something. This is day three in a row i have gone in and tried to buy something. After a 20 minute wait each visit, i left without anything. No one does anything. No one is around to unlock a cabinet. Lazy lazy lazy workers. Dont waste your time.
Amazing place for all things digital. They have a fantastic variety of new and used games, movies, and music. Their record selection in particular is one of the best around.
OK the store itself isn't bad. Good merch. decent prices. Staff is TERRIBLE. Rude snobby little girls with an attitude. Without expectation they're up your ass every 60-90 seconds asking if you're still OK. Yeah. I have money. I'm not stealing anything. Stop breathing down my neck. And god forbid you actually do ask for help. So much attitude. They act like you're a complete moron for asking anything. Several times one girl at out plowed through my daughter and o trying to get to the back room. We would gladly get the hell out of your way if you'd ask. Bunch of snobby wannabe edgy teenagers.
Great customer service. Better prices on D&D pieces than most comic/hobby shops. Got good money for the games I traded in. Always have a pleasant experience at the exchange.
