I have been here before and really enjoyed working with Michelle, I had an appointment set for this Saturday (tomorrow) to get hair extensions cut. I called about 5 days ago and the receptionist on the phone said she wanted to make sure Michelle would cut them, She checked with her and she said that is fine and appointment was set, Today (Friday, One day before my appointment) I called to see if I could get an earlier appointment and they say they are filled booked which is no problem but then come back and says actually Michelle doesn't want to cut the extensions just to be safe Seriously? One day before the appointment? Every other salon is booked and I leave for vacation in a few days .. Completely ridiculous! I really enjoyed this place.. If I had not called I would have went to my appointment and she would have changed her mind then!! I will not be back, Very poor communication and customer service skills.

I love Total Eclips! all of the girls are wonderful! I have been going here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! They are the BEST!!
