  Overpriced. The food is ok, shakes are good, but you can get better elsewhere.
  
  It’s even worse since Shark Tank. Save your money and the heartburn.

  We had a large group there was only one person working the front counter so it took a little longer then we wish. Food was ok.

  This place is very expensive. You get charged $0.20 for toppings on your burgers (pickle, tomatoect) they get your orders wrong almost all of the time. The workers can be very rude as I have encountered this problem before.

  My family and I have been here twice while visiting family. On both occasions, our order was not right and the girl behind the counter argued and questioned us about it.

  This is our second visit at the Webster Springs location and I am not impressed. "Hot Dogs" were cold, the fries were good. No one ever asked how our food was. Won't come back!

  Chili was not that good, once company made it as a mass product for stores, quality dropped dramatically. Prices are over priced for product. Would not recommend at new location.

  Very good hot dogs with decent prices clean. Brings back memories. Nice selection of ice cream. Friendly staff. Very pleasant visit

  Not the best customer service, but not bad. Great, inexpensive food. My favorite chili (which is now available where I live). Well worth the visit.
