Service Sucked.. Pregame your alcohol before you get there because your going to be waiting along time for the next one.. had to order a beer mid way before I finished so that I wouldn't wait long after I finished. the food and atmosphere is on point.. I liked it a lot would go back but I'll drink before I get there.

Good place to get happy hour. They have deals on tacos and drinks, as well as free chips and salsa and bean dip. They have a nice view of the harbor, and it's one of the few places that you can pull your duffy or boat up to and have some food or drinks.

Went for a cousin's bday party. The party members were seated at a non-handicap friendly spot. The staff politely swooped our disabled guest out of her wheel chair and flew down a flight of stairs with grace.

I normally enjoy half-hearted birthday songs at restraraunts. Not so here. Show stopping birthday song. Highly recommend.

Be prepared to have a man steal the show with a beautiful voice holding a glorious set of notes in your honor.

Food 👌👍 but seemed a little pricey.

Great food. Really interesting, and tasty. Prices in line with a Newport waterfront location, which means it comes across as pricey, particularly if you add alcohol. That doesn't disqualify it; but knowing it on the way in is helpful. I've been impressed with the food, and that's really the key here.

Delicious tacos (I made mine vegan and it was sooo good) and great ambiance. There were views of the water and they were able to accommodate a party of 15 in a half hour, on a busy Saturday. Service was excellent and the fro-mos (frozen mimosas) were the bomb! Would love to come back again!

Sol Mexican Cocina has a great vibe to it. Great crowd with good energy feeding the place. You can have fresh California style Mexican food at reasonable price. Service is great too. It's one of my favorites.

Not sure how I haven't tried this place before. We stopped in around 7 on a Saturday night without reservations but got seated pretty quickly. The chips, salsa and bean dip is really good. We had the specialty margarita- passion fruit & guava and it was really good. The food was authentic and tasty. We will be back- maybe try to sit on the patio.

We came here last Saturday night. It's a simple place in a small strip mall. My hubby ordered a couple of crunchy tacos and I got a combo with carnitas soft tacos. The food was good. There is a salsa bar which is a huge draw for me. We just ordered water and it was from a stand alone jug. The service was very good!

Fantastic dinner! Our food was delicious and had character. this is not your typical "beans and rice" Mexican restaurant. I loved the array of sauces, pepper relishes and dips. It was easy for our family to customize their plate to suit their taste. The staff was prompt, courteous and working very hard to make us happy. job well done! Quality from start to finish!

Came here twice for family birthdays. Good idea if people are willing to shell out the money for it. The first time we were seated in the back portion which had an outlook of the docks. Second time we were in the usually dining area. Wait staff have always been great. Really good cocktails and apps. The duck tacos are phenomenal. Very popular upscale restaurant, so I would recommend making a reservation

I love the atmosphere. The fireplace in the center of the bar area gives it a special touch. Taco Tuesday has copious amounts of high quality tacos at discounted rates. Get there early because it gets packed quickly. If you mind standing and prefer to sit, then reservations on this day are helpful . The waiter I had last visit even made me a custom ginger ale soda which was one of the best I have had the pleasure to drink. A definite recommend.
