Over all this is a very good restaurant. It's food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The only problem I had is they don't provide enough rice with the meals. If there are 2 people eating you only get enough rice for one and have to pay extra for another. The prices are high enough that they really should include the rice with the meal. They also charge you extra for the nane. The mango lassie is very good. I also like that they easily accommodate you if you want your food to not be so spicy. I strongly recommend that you call before you pick up takeout. Its a long wait to just drop in however the food is worth waiting for.

Despite having fallen on some hard times and having to rebuild not once, but twice, The Clay Oven keeps coming back consistently well. They have a decent selection of dishes for lunch buffet. It costs about $10-12 per person. There are vegetarian and meat options, and a nice variety of condiments. The best, however, is ordering a la carte. They are happy to add or subtract heat to your desire, and they have a friendly staff who is quick to refill your water or get you anything you might need. The parking is a bit small, and the building is attached to a not-so-pretty motel, across from a run-down bar, hence the loss of one star. Overall, The Clay Oven is a quality Indian Restaurant with consistently tasty food at reasonable prices.

The food and service here are amazing. You can watch food being made fresh in the tandoor. In addition, they are very helpful and accommodating to people with dietary restrictions.

Went with friends and my wife. We love coming here. Service was excellent. The food is wonderful. We drive 30 minutes to be spoiled with this wonderful Indian food. I highly recommend the Clay Oven.
