First time here and really loved it. Super clean and friendly staff. We sat in the "balcony boxes" and I would totally recommend doing that! Tons of legroom but you are a little far to the side of the stage. The beauty of the theater is comparable to the Coronado.

Beautiful performance hall. I think the best seats are the box seats, and depending on the event, the prices aren’t much higher than floor seats. The boxes aren’t along the sides of the auditorium, they’re actually front facing and just under the balcony overhang. Crowded concerts will definitely be a challenge for limited mobility patrons. Bathrooms are located in inconvenient areas but this is a grand old building so that will never change. Several parking lots in the theater district so it’s not that difficult to find a place to park.

I saw the Pixies play here in October. The theatre is gorgeous and I would recommend going to see anything put on there just to see how beautiful it is on the inside. The seating is a little tight but well worth it. The drinks as in any venue like this were expensive but you know that going in. The sound was great for a concert venue.

Great historical building and place the interior is filled with amazing art and sculptures. Went and saw Steve Martin & Martin Short here the last time I visited and it was a great crowd great performance all this staff was very helpful and wonderful people. This is a very historical building that has been around for many of years and has only gone through a few different transitional changes. I would recommend anybody to try to catch a performance here or go on one of the many tours starting at 1 p.m. on most days.

By far one of the most beautiful venues I have ever been to for a concert. I saw Harry Styles here on Sept 26, 2017. I had PIT ROW 3 which were amazing seats I saw him so close. From what I experienced the staff was attentive but yet very strict. I understand since they were doing their job I did hear a complaint from someone the day of the concert that the security were way overboard aggressive. Just a note. Be careful.

Really great venue! The acoustics were fine and it's an easy walk from the Millenium Park parking garage. Took my daughter to see Harry Styles, the venue did a great job getting everyone in and out and actually allowed small groups in ahead of time to buy t-shirts and such.

Gorgeous old theater. Seating is tight, both in the seat and in leg room. I wouldn't recommend sitting in the Loge area. We were lucky that we could move to different seats. They sell drinks and snacks that you can bring onto the theatre with you.

Beautiful, historical Theatre! I Saw Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull ) fantastic concert! 1st. time I've ever been to Chicago Theatre. It definitely will not be my last time. There isn't one bad seat in the house ! I've lived in the burbs of Chicago my whole life. Been past the theatre many times and never took in a concert. It blew me away, the second I step foot in the Chicago Theatre. I felt like I stepped back in time. Ornate, crystal Chandlers, marble pillers and beautiful stair cases! If you get a chance, please go. You will not regret this. They do have tours of the historical theatre!

A beautiful, historic venue with great sound and an old time feel - you can't go wrong with a show at Chicago Theatre. I love this place, and I generally hope that bands I want to see put this on their short list of places to play in Chicago. The sound is generally very good, and the venue is comfortable and clean especially relative to many of its peers in Chicago.

It's as architecturally ornate as it can get. It's an absolute palace on the inside. The acoustics are amazing, the show was great. The seats though are quite old modeled, no place to hold drinks and a little narrow for bigger people but otherwise an amazing experience by all means. The snacks and drinks are also moderately priced

Classic older theater with an upscale feel. The seats were a bit narrow for my wife and I because we are wider than "normal" folks. Sound was great and so was Jackson!

Amazing inside and out. Extremely beautiful at night while taking a stroll downtown Chicago. The lights are shinning every single night. This theater is really one of a kind and a famous landmark in the city.

Beautiful historical theater! I suggest every Chicagoan attend at least one show here during their lifetime. My only issue with the theater are the elevators, they are terribly compact. However I believe that this is due to the fact that they were not installed during initial construction they had to fit them in wherever they could find space. Aside from that, wonderful experience!
