It's a Chicago parking garage. If You're Expecting cheap it's not in Chicago. Just wish I was able to get better cell service.

Good parking. Walked to sears tower. Millers pub. Entertained some family from out of town and this was a good central spot to park.

Easy to get into and easy to get out. Seemed reasonable for a whole day of parking. We were there for 15 hours.

I have had a monthly parking pass for a few years now. This garage has a serious homeless problem, especially in the winter months. I personally have been approached/attacked twice now, by the mentally insane always drunk or high man that hangs out in the vestibule. And in speaking to other customers, I know I am not the only one. He is there more often than not, and the garage management is not doing enough to ensure to the safety of its customers. Really disappointing as I know that many have reached out for help on this particular issue.

I know you don't go to a parking garage for customer service, but this place has some terrible employee attitudes and values. Immediatly rude, that is after making you wait 5 minutes to even address you.

Take time to walk around the park, let the kids go crazy, a wonderful way to experience Chicago.

Beautiful park, well connected with the Museum of Modern Art. The sphere is must see structure when visiting the city.
