Oh my its a cooks toy shop. Great variety and quality. Sorry no Pictures. From books to cast iron to coffee decanter's and wine glasses beautiful store.
Lots of neat gadgets.
Bought a package of cute napkins for a get- together I was hosting that evening, and everyone loved them! The Chef's Shop is good for little knickknacks around the kitchen as well as actual needed items.
Stopped in because my daughter is in culinary school and wanted to see what she could find. I stepped out and when I came back in the bearded guy behind the counter was staring down the aisle where my family was browsing the products. There were other people in the store but he just spied on them like they were going to steal something. I pray to God that it wasn't because we are Hispanic but I know better. I noticed this from outside and went in to get them. They ended up BUYING a few things and my wife later told me that he sarcastically told her to "stay out of trouble" as she walked out. I guess my Army veterans hat offended him but I will continue to wear it as I am PROUD to have served the country I was born in.
The Chef's Shop is a great local store that weeds out the junk and only stocks quality items. The service is great, they will explain differences between products and help you find things that fit your needs. I bought a few items there a few weeks ago and went home to look prices up online and they were the same, so you really can't go wrong. Plus, it's good to support the local shopsthey are what keep this town successful and keep visitors coming back.
