Lost my order that they made me pay for ahead of time. Completely disorganized and unfriendly. Lousy service. Very very disappointed. Will not be back for their mediocre baked goods anytime soon.

I purchased cupcakes that were dry and tasteless 2 time in one week. I spoke with Linda the shop manager , and her personality was was just as the cupcakes dry and tasteless. I would have left no stars if it were possible. I will not be patronizing them again.

I can't give this place a full review based upon going there because I had a friend who brought the food, but I will tell you about the flavor! I had a few different kinds of cupcakes. Italian cream, pumpkin, and a few more. These cupcakes are big, like really big. And they are crazy flavorful too. The are nicely designed, simple, but extravagant, with a flavor to match. Honestly I don't see how anyone could really NOT like the cupcakes. They were pretty sweet, but hey, it's a cake shop, soooooooooo yea.

One star is actually a star too many. The service at this establishment leaves a lot to be desired. I called The Cake Shop to inquire about the pumpkin cupcake. The worker who answered the phone could not answer my questions so I asked to speak with someone who was more knowledgeable. After she placed me on hold and spoke with someone, she was able to answer simple questions, and she confirmed that the pumpkin cupcake was available. I told her I was on the way. Upon arriving, I was informed that there were no pumpkin cupcakes. I told the worker that I has just telephoned, she cared not and had the most cavalier attititude. Needless to say, I will never again give a single dime to this establishment, especially when there are other businesses that are just as good if not better.

Customer service-top notch! Ambience great! Clean facilities! I was offered a table to sit down and enjoy my tomato and goat cheese quiche. Of course, I had to have a turtle brownie and coooold milk. I shall return .

I ordered a birthday cake for pickup on 6/30/17. It was delicious! That was my second time ordering. The cake was fresh and moist. Their cupcakes are also delicious!

Terrible experience. They did not make our order the way we asked and when we complained about it and asked what our options were, they told us that they would not fix it (that is just the way they make that particular cake) and demanded that we pay for it. Because we were so frazzled and caught off guard, we felt pressured to pay for it even though we were not happy, but after leaving the store and driving home, we regretted that we caved in. We should have refused to pay for it and left, since they had zero customer service. What happened to the customer is always right and trying to at least make a small effort to make us happy?

Really excellent baked goods, also generally a good variety of pastries and cookies - not just cakes or cupcakes. Prices are reasonable (but not cheap - this isn't a grocery store bakery.) I have always been pleased with my purchases here.

I bought 14 cupcakes with a bill that came to over $40, but I figured it was worth it for a special occasion. Wrong! I bought 6 different flavors and only 2 flavors, Carrot Cake and Reese's Peanut butter were fresh. Watching my guests leave partially eaten cupcakes on their plates was so embarrassing. I was so busy serving, that I did not eat any so I quietly asked my husband what was wrong and he said they were stale and that I would have been better off with cupcakes from Publix. They may not be as pretty, but at least they would have been fresh and cost a lot less.

I called in to order a small cake and I told the girl that I wanted it decorated exactly like the picture on the web site. She agreed with me that it would be fine for a male. I paid for it in advance, and I went on Saturday to pick up my cake. It looked nothing like the cake that I told the girl I wanted. There are no decorators on Saturdays to make it better. The girl that helped me, left for about 10 minutes to call someone and when she returned she offered me no help. I had a birthday party that day, so I had to take the cake the way it was.. I told her I was very unhappy about it. I was never contacted concerning the error that the Bakery Shop had made. I was offered an apology for the mistake that the Bakery Shop made.
