Stopped in a few days ago expecting to drop off my bike and pick it up in a day or two. Nope. They had the parts in stock and replaced them on the spot. Incredible service, quality and speed. My go to bike shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

WHY PAY RETAIL? Been riding bicycles for a long time and been to all the area shops, they by far have the best prices in town. THERE IS NO DEBATING THAT. Their tune up price is fair and the work is thorough. Very pleased with this shop, would recommend to any type of rider.

The assistant who helped me out was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I came in close to closing time he was kind and attentive. The shop has all assortments of bicycles, parts, and anything else you may find necessary for your cycling needs.

They know their stuff and the staff is friendly however not friendly enough. I went in for a tune up and spent roughly $100 only to leave the shop with a busted rear tire-- something which should have been noticed immediately when putting air in the tires. Because of their extremely unaccommodating store hours with my busy work schedule, I was unable to bring my bike in. I went bike-less for a couple weeks.When I did find time to come in on my day off they were sure glad to take more of my money instead of admit their mistake, even after I told them the situation. If you feel like shelling out a chunk of money go here, however other stores in the area offer much cheaper prices with way better service. Ill never spend money here again. Not a good way to treat their customers and especially me, a neighbor to their store.

My bike needed the rear wheel straightened and the tire replaced. Based on labor, I actually paid $10 less than the original estimate and they even a capped a few nuisance wires free of charge! They held their doors open until I could get there at about 6 o'clock and when I pedaled off on my bike, it rode like a dream. Customer service was excellent, being friendly, prompt, and honest. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone who needs repairs.

These guys are wonderful. I've only needed to go a few times, as I've just begun to use a bike more often. They're knowledgeable and quick about what they do. Best of all, they're very kind, helpful, and didn't charge me for some of the smaller things I needed help with (i.e. lifting the seat on my bike--I don't own the correct wrenches to make that happen myself). I'll definitely continue to visit them for my bike needs.

This shop is amazing and has been my go-to for repairs and advice for over a year now. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They are great people to learn from if you're new to cycling.

I went here to fix a tire and became a life long customer, between the low prices, friendly knowledgeable staff, great products, from going to this shop I went from being a weekend rider to an everyday rider! How could I not when I have a bike shop that has mechanics that are as loyal to their customers as their customers are to them! If you have a bike and are around the area I'd recommend giving these guys a look!
