Went to prebowl with my team. Told to come right at 10am, which we did. Got there and was told couldn't bowl. There was only a party on half the lanes. The others were "reserved." This was the 3rd time it happened; various days and times prior. When I stated I'm over our league and this service suddenly we were able to bowl. Was there 1.5 hours. My son couldn't bowl because the lanes were "reserved" and wouldn't you know no one bowled on the lanes the entire time. A group of 3 young adults came in stating they wanted to open bowl and they were told sure and given a lane. Not sure what my incentive is as a league bowler to come back next year. I'm sure any other place in the area would be happy to have my business. Never experienced such awful service.

I've been going here for years and it remains my go to bowling alley. Lanes are properly oiled even for open bowling. Friendly staff and reasonable prices to boot.

Had a blast at the birthday party and it is also super convenient to have open bowling even when there is league going on. Great place to hang out!!!!

Great bowling, family friendly, and wonderful service. The beer is cold and the food is deliciously fried. Wether you want to take the family out for a fun night of bowling, or step out with the fellas to drink some brews, play some pool, and watch the game This place accommodates both And it's reasonably priced (for Brookfield). I would recommend this place to anyone.

This bowling alley is run down. The service is slow. They were not playing any music So there was a lot of awkward silence. I went on a Monday before dinner so that may have something to do with the awkwardness.

Really never bowled there. I really like the lanes. I sub for a buddy of mine on Thursday nights there. On January 19 2017. I shot a 224 avg that night. I love the people there great place to bowl

Loved this place. Well priced and a decent atmosphere. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it until we brought his 13 year old sister and the owner himself was dropping f-bombs left and right. I approached him and politely asked to stop but he denied it. He later loudly complained that we didn't want them to swear. He did stop after I asked but was very rude and inappropriate about it. Not sure that I'll be returning after that.
Update: Hank, the owner, contacted me via Facebook, apologizing for what happened. He was very accommodating and offered us free games, pizza, and soda to apologize for what happened. I think we will be returning at least for that and then some. Again, we really like this place.response / report this review
