  I wish I can give this place a zero star rating! My first and last time in this disgusting place. Rude workers that laugh if you ask for extra, even tho they charge you. So unprofessional and overly priced. I called and let the owner/manager know about my first and last time in the store, and she apologized and said it was the girls first day. Definitely not a good answer. Anyone want better service or better salads at a better price, across the street Fresh Thyme! Everything is FRESH there!

  Really neat idea--absolutely great for vegetarians--but pricey and the counter staff/salad chefs are not at all friendly (at least when I was there). In fact I got the impression I was inconveniencing them. At one point the counter staff asked "Is that all you're getting?" The concept of a salad-themed fast food place is neat but the people working here make me want to spend my money elsewhere. $12+ for what is a head of Romaine lettuce with a tablespoon of corn, a tablespoon of peas, 2 tablespoons of diced chicken and some dressing is pricey and would be worth it if the atmosphere was more customer friendly, but it's not.

  The owner over charged us she had online orders that the staff had made prior to her coming into the store. She kept repeating herself and was unclear of what we had ordered and I wish the staff had looked into the situation or taken control because I will continue to visit the Novi store instead of that location.

  Got the Big Salad and unlike George, I'm okay with them taking credit for my salad! Customer service could be better, asked how this all worked as far as ordering and was already greeted with a sigh from the worker, but she did a great job, was very attentive once we got rolling.

  Seems like something changed recently..salads and staff are not the same. Too many salad places to choose from to go to ones that are full of lettuce for $10 and unfriendly staff.

  Used to be good and a good value. Not any more. I used to come here often and get a pick a pair with a drink and chips for around $11 food was good, service good. I stopped in today and now the menu is updated. They reduced what's included with a lunch meal while increasing the price by 25%. I asked the staff about the menu change and if we could get the items that used to be included in the sandwich added to my order and they said no. Then told me if I don't like it go to Panera, so from now on I will. They said call corporate, so I'm writing this publicly to express my concerns. Your staff told me if I wanted roasted peppers on the Italian sandwich like they used to have I have to go somewhere else. So I will.

  Im in my happy place when I can eat healthy and it actually tastes good! Food here is always so fresh! This location is by far, my favorite Big Salad, as everything is very clean! The employees are also quite pleasant! Conner is especially helpful, whenever he's in. :)

  Awesome eats, quick turnaround, love having this very healthy option! If you want something beyond a salad the place offers good selection of sandwiches as well.

  Love going to the Big salad, always get the Baja and share it with the wife good size portion when splitting. The sandwiches are good too
