Terrible breakfast, get ready for diabetes. On bread, waffles, coffee, and canned fruits. Nothing fresh.

The television's do not work properly. The channel guide lists the wrong channels. The actual drips water into the room. The plumbing in the washroom is terrible, sound of running water all night. The fridge does not work and stinks. WiFi performance depends on the room, and if room is not next to access point the WiFi is terrible.

We just stayed in this lovely hotel with our entire family and loved it. The rooms and the hotel are some of the best I've ever stayed in. To top it off though..was the incredibly amazing staff. They couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating, more classy. Made our short visit to Seattle a 10. We will come back just because of this lovely boutique hotel! Well done The Best Miami Hotel!!

The reviews are all true. Service is awful. The ice machines were broken. Our room was missing an ice bucket and iron. There's no fridge in the rooms. Which are very small. The place smells. Careful coming into the parking garage because unless you own an suv your going to scrape the ground. The only reason I give this place two stars is for the price.

The first time I stayed at the hotel it was bad. To much noises all night long. This time my problem was base on.ice machine right in front my door. It made noise all night plus ppl getting ice at random times it sucks. Room service is good. Front desk is acceptable, and driver is ok. They.also made some remodeling which make it a little more decent and the price is reasonable. They can do a.little.more better.

The room was clean, and I had no problems checking in. However, the hotel is dingy in general, and their private parking garage isn't the easiest to access. It's not exactly quiet, as the walls are thin. I had trouble getting the lights to work, especially in the bathroom. And while there was a desk, an accompanying chair would have been nice. In general, it looks like it was really nice in the 1980s, but nothing has happened since then. Cheap though!
