Food was delicious our waitress was pleasant and attentive. The scenery was pretty on the water. I would deffently go back when weather is warmer to dine out side.
Well, our first experience for the evening was: The hostess was rude and Curt. We sat outside on the patio overlooking the canal which was very nice. Our waitress was so lovely and very apologetic as the kitchen was way behind. We ordered the Brie but there was no bread or crackers to spread it on what the hell do you do with that!? The calamari was cold and Bland. The fish tacos were NOT fresh and extremely over-salted. The wedge salad was ridiculously Bland. The quesadilla was good. We asked not to be charged for the calamari but management said screw you. The management has very rough personalities with a f*** you attitude. looking forward to going back home to Tennessee.
whts not to love. Beautiful views. God good and drinks
Love the Bayard house. Great place that sits by the canal. Great food at reasonable prices.
After being turned away from Schaefer's canal house this unique n friendly restaurant was welcoming and very pleasant. Our waitor was incredible who made my dining experience great. Our meals were delicious n ambiance was incredible. Will definitely be back and kudos to the hostess n wait staff..we were treated like royalty n didn't have a reservation!
Food and atmosphere was great. Server Nicki very friendly and attentive
I found that the best part of this place is the view. The food is not bad but it is not amazing either and the high prices will make you think twice. Unless you are rich or have a really special occasion I recommend grabbing some take out and sitting on the benches by the water to eat it.
Food was great ! Service was great ! But my wife said I was to expensive !
Meh.
Used to be great.
Seems to be coasting on its past reputation.
Slow service. Mediocre food.
Still a great view and nice location but somebody should buy it and try a little harder.
Love this place. Good food and drinks, and an unbeatable view of the boats going by.
Nice bar, food would have been great if bar staff would have been more attentive and not left it under the heat lamps too long.
Good food. Neat location. Allowed Lucy, our dog, at an outside table. Very friendly.
A sumptuous dining experience. Chef Patrick D'Amico's marvelous creations augmented by the Bayard House's atmosphere on the C&D Canal made this a delightful evening.
