Been there quite often with my lady friend and food and service were always great.
The deliveries weren't as good though, one of them was even suspicious.response / report this review -

This is my favorite chain, favorite Italian restaurant. If it's crowded, and this is one of the better ones, so it will be, then ask to sit at the kitchen (cuccina) and watch them prepare your meal. Tempting as it is, don't fill up on their fresh baked bread. If it's your first visit, try their chicken dishes. Fire grilled to pure awesome, never frozen perfection.

Really enjoyed the lamb chops. Initially I was concerned about the service as I was never told his name. He didn't engage us much but in the end was kind. Lighten up maybe offer a suggestion or even a smile

We were there for a happy hour with colleagues. The service was great : always there when needed but not always there to be annoying. The drinks were very well balanced. The appetizers were to die for! We recommend the mozzarella/tomatoes, the shrimp scampi and the mussels! The happy hour selection and prices were great too!

Carrabba's is a nice Italian restaurant that is consistently good. There are a couple of tasty dishes to rotate between and the staff do okay. It's a local place that you can go back to and know it'll be alright, not amazing, but good. There are some waitresses that are top notch and the sangria is worth a glass or two. Something that does stand out is the outdoor seating, on a warm summer evening and the planted roof overhead, it makes an excellent dinner spot.

Brendan, our server was promt, polite, and and provided excellent customer service. The prosciutto wrapped asparagus was amazing, and the Sangria is the best I've ever had.

Tasty but a little oversalted. I do love their chicken Bryant with goat cheese and dried tomatoes. Yum. Prices are a tad high for lunch or they'd have received a 4.

Had Lunch there today and at the bottom of my salad was a long dirty blond hair. I threw up several times. Manager did not come out to apologize. He zeroed out my bill, however, I threw the money for the food back on the counter. Going to report them to the FDA. Awful place no wonder it has 3 stars. Will never eat at CARRABBA'S ever again. All of my friends, relatives, co-workers were alerted to what happened to me today. They as well have a change of heart about this establishment. The rating process will not allow me to provide no stars, I wish I could give a negative.

Used to be 4 stars. Downgraded on my most recent (7/18/2017) visit because they didn't have the ribeye special or my backup veal chop. Food and service was still good. The blackberry sangria is awesome and also love the sausage and lentil soup.

Great service!!!! And the food is tasty 😋The ambiance is also very nice. Our server, Amanda, was wonderful she made sure everything was to our liking. For a group of 6 on a Friday night, we got a good table with very little waiting time.

We're not "regulars" but we do go to Carrabba's when we're looking for a good Italian meal. Food is always flavorful and the staff are very friendly. We like to sit by the kitchen area on the pub stools and watch the kitchen at work. My wife suggested to our waiter to have hooks installed under the counter for her purse. On our next visit, the same waiter was there and proudly displayed a hook that he installed for her purse. -That's service!

Came here for birthday dinner (my first time at a Carrabbas) and was surprisingly satisfied. We got steak, and lobster ravioli. The ravioli didn't taste as fresh, so the manager Hannah gladly gave me another choice on the house. Brittany (our lovely waitress) then brought out the Chicken Parmesan Lasagna and it was SUPERB! Overall a great night, and since I live so close I will definitely be making regular visits.
