  One of the easiest new vehicle purchases I ever experienced, and I have purchased many. The entire team worked hand in hand to make the process seamless without any issues. Great values for trade and most important they had a great inventory of new trucks to pick from.

  The Auto Mall is the only place I will buy a car forever! True professionals that really care if the customer is happy. Great cars, great prices. If you want the best car buying experience, this is where to go.

  The service was poor. Huge lack of communication with me and what they were doing with my car. What should have been a quick, fairly easy service from any other place, took days for them to get to and they didn’t keep me updated on what was going on or what they were going to charge me at any point. When I came in to ask about my car they were unaware of what my car’s situation was until multiple people got involved. This was an overall terrible experience, I feel taken advantage of, and I would not let them touch any car of mine again or recommend them to any person in the southern Vermont area.

  We could not be more happy with the service and experience we had at the Auto Mall. We feel like it was truly a unique experience that we will never have again. Buying a car out of town while traveling with all your stuff and family is not a fun experience especially when your bank turns out to be ridiculous. But everyone at the Auto Mall when out of their way and way beyond expectations to not only work with us, but give the most outstanding service we have ever received in a transaction.
  
  There is definitely a stigma surrounding car salesmen, but Kevin breaks the mold. He was such a pleasure to work with - so informative, so patient. He had other deals going on but we never felt like it. He worked so hard going between us and management and finance and our bank to make the deal happen. After 12 hours of finally getting the deal to go through, he still stayed late and took the time to make sure all our questions about the truck were answered and that we knew how to work everything. We could not be more happy and if every car salesman were like Kevin, they would be respected and not looked down on.
  
  The guys in the service bay were awesome - letting us park our truck in there to unload all our stuff and have our stuff taking up space all day. Having a service tech install our ladder rack - taking time out of other things he could have been working on to not only install it, but to go above and beyond doing it.
  
  We honestly could not write enough good things. We are so happy with the whole experience and we wish we lived in VT so we could buy all our cars from Kevin and everyone at the Auto Mall.

  I recently bought a car from auto mall. Great selection and a no pressure environment!
  Wade listened to my needs and got me the car of my dreams. I recommend Auto Mall for anyone that doesn't care for the car buying process. Auto mall makes it easy.

  I have had great experiences at the Automall. Most recently I went to find a used car for my daughter. I worked with Kevin Clark when I came in. He is an extremely knowledgeable sales person and showed me a number of car choices.
  I didn't find exactly what I was looking for and didn't buy a vehicle but Kevin was very professional and helpful and I plan to come back in the future.

  Was looking to buy a car, and my buddy put me in contact with Kevin Clark. This salesman was very helpful and did his best to get us a good deal. We went in Saturday morning and left that afternoon with a car.

  I went searching for my first car here and it was a fun experience! Kevin Clark was so nice and helpful. He told me everything I needed to know and in a friendly, upbeat way! I was so happy with this place that I ended up coming back and trading my first car for an even nicer car I love and own now! Kevin brought me to this car like he already knew I would love it! Which I still do to this day. If it wasn't for him I don't think I would have found this beauty! I highly recommend this place but make sure you ask for Kevin! :)

  I stopped at auto mall to look at trucks and spoke to Wade about what I was looking for.
  They did not have exactly what I wanted but
  Brought one in the next day. I received a good trade in for my truck and purchased the new one. Wade answered all of my questions

  To start off I am not a fan of dealerships. I never liked having to go in and get pressured to buying something I didn't want.
  Auto Mall is not this dealership. From the salesman Shane Troumbley to the finance officer Tony I couldn't have dealt with anybody better. They were professional, sincere and honest. This type of qualities are not found anywhere in this day of age. Thank you for your dedication to customer satisfaction. A++
