Customer service could use a nicer touch and they should offer more computer part asserories for vehicle's which they dont.

I ordered a dark blue tailgate for a 2016 Dodge Ram, and after 1.5 hours to get there, 3 hours round trip, the tailgate that I bought is red! When I talked to the desk person who took my order he remembered us discussing the color, but he said I could always paint it. Unbelievable.

Our repair facility frequently purchases recycled parts From Browns. We are always impressed with the high level of customer service we receive from Mike Cole. On the rare occasion we have an issue with one of the parts, Mike takes care of it quickly and hassle free. They are definitely our preferred recycled parts vendor!
