  They advertised several stones that I was interested in on their website. I used the chat feature to ask if I could fly out to their showroom to compare the stones in person. I was told no, and that my questions were "dumba$$". Way to speak to a client who was willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars and fly 3000 miles to complete a transaction! Sure, let me just wire you the $ blindly and hope you send me my stone! No thanks, too many other legit online retailers out there who have no problem setting an appointment for you to see stones in person, store front or not!

  Absolutely the best experience buying an engagement and wedding ring set from Adi and his team. Custom designed both rings and turned out better than I ever expected, he even shipped for Saturday delivery so we could have the ring as soon as possible.

  They were very professional and the shipping speed was quick. The ring is beautiful and they even upgraded my gold band from 14k-18k for free! I was pleasantly surprised by the service here. Will recommend them to anyone.
