  Michaela is awesome, spent an incredible amount of time with us and never pressured us to buy a bike (we ended up buying 2), and even when we came back with newby questions, she answered them all and never made us feel like we were asking too many. I highly recommend this shop and Michaela specifically.

  I decided to take my bike here on the recommendation of a friend. Prior to coming in I called about getting my hub serviced and was told to bring it in, no appointment necessary.
  
  When I came in their service department was rude and quoted an unreasonable turn around time. I was chastised for trying to do a walk-in service. I understand that the staff was having a rough day and were stressed out, but the person I spoke to on the phone told me a walk-in was fine. It was a pretty unpleasant experience and I will not be coming back.
  
  I ended up taking my wheel to the Trek shop where the employees were friendly and told me they would have my hub done within 24 hours.

  Today I went into store to grab some Stan's No Tube sealant and it wasn't very inviting. I've been to plenty of bike shops and most of the time I'm greeted when I walk in and asked how I can be helped. Not here! After I got the Stan's I walked around looking at their inventory of bikes just out of courtesy and I was talking with my wife on the phone. When I got off the phone, no one approached and offered assistance, but I did notice an associate that was cashiering was for some reason now close by me and "looking" at one of the stores products of you know what I mean. Even as I walked towards the front to pay no one ever asked if I needed help. I guess I didn't fit the bill of someone that shops in their store. Next time I'll just go where I know the people are friendly like Trek Bicycle San Diego. Hopefully no one else is made to feel like they don't belong in their store.

  Excellent bike buying experience in spite of the crowds there Saturday. Our sales person Mikeala was cool calm and helpful.
  Picked up a new bike that day and have been out on the trails ever since!
