Horrible experience. Lost my roll of film and never called. Very unresponsive and uncommunicative owner. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Katfam rocks!! I shoot 35mm film and was so delighted by my results. They develop your film AND RETURN IT (unlike Walgreen's who for whatever reason keeps your film??? which is strange!!!!). Katfam scans your developed film and then emails you a link to your developed shots, which can be accessed on a free app called "Collect". I am really happy with their services and look forward to ordering prints of my work :) Thank you Katfam!!!!!!!

The customer service could not have been nicer and more responsive, they also have a great sense of humor, my canvas order came out beautifully. I will be coming back.

The owners of Katfam photo are excellent! I highly recommend them for all of your transfer and photo needs. I am a repeat customer because they are the best around. Friendly, professional, efficient, and take the extra care and go the extra mile to provide quality services. I am very glad to bring my business to them because I trust my family memories are going to be preserved the best they can be.

Katfam is a wonderful family business that is responsive and timely in their work. they said that they would get my VHS converted by a certain amount of time and they completed the work earlier. I would highly recommend them and plan to use their services again to convert my slides and negatives to a digital format. I traveled a fair distance to use their services but plan to do it again because of the great experience I had.
