  What a wonderful experience! We strolled into Thayer Jewelers looking for a vintage engagement ring and found a piece so amazing that I still can't believe it. They stayed open to show me the ring one last time as we were visiting from out of town. There was no pressure just absolute patience and kindness.
  
  We decided to purchase the ring (after we made it home to Austin ) on a Wednesday. The ring was sized and sent to us by Friday!!! It arrived packaged with care and even more spectacular than I remembered it. We will most definitely be back as I simply cannot imagine buying fine jewelry with anyone else! The selection is astounding and the quality beyond compare. Thank you again for helping us find the perfect ring to symbolize our love.

  My husband and I had been looking for a replacement engagement ring for me for some time to celebrate a big anniversary. We not only found the perfect ring at Thayer Jewelers but we were so impressed by the professionalism and gracious service that we experienced. Jeremy Thayer has a high level of professional knowledge and experience which he gives his customers the benefit of. He and the other members of the staff are so patient and courteous. We felt no sense of pressure at all, just that they sincerely wanted to be sure we were totally happy with our choice. The inventory is enormous and remarkable in terms of how tasteful and classic it is. Having looked many other places before coming to Thayer Jewelers, I know that the values there are excellent. We could not have been happier with the ring we bought and with the level of gracious, thoughtful and professional service. We intend to return to Thayer Jewelers whenever we are considering a jewelry purchase in the future.
