I set up an appointment with Byrdie Thagard to tour and take advantage of a free trial week at the Charleston SC location. Byrdie was professional and extremely knowledgeable of the services offered at the CHS location. She gave me a tour, introduced me to several current clients and made me feel welcomed! Byrdie asked very detailed questions to provide a solution that would fit my needs as opposed to spending time on solutions that would not work or fit my desired outcome. The facilities were clean, very well maintained and an welcoming atmosphere. For anyone who may be thinking of leasing office space in a plain vanilla space without excellent coffee, great surroundings near Park Circle in the GARCO Building with excellent furnishings and things like copying provided STOP and think wouldn't it be great to have no headaches. Look here at an exceptionally well located space and let management know I sent you. This is the solution.

Pleasant and natural light filled space that's well run. There's ample parking in a lot right outside the front door, and food trucks that come by for lunch time. In a repurposed brick building just a block from the main drag in Park Circle, it's an easy commute from West Ashley. A variety of work spaces, rotating art displays, and a nicely equipped kitchen create an environment conducive to getting work done.

I've been renting office space at Venture X for about 9 months and I love my office! Besides the beautifully renovated factory being the coolest building in the neighborhood, the workspace is open and bright with lots of plants and artwork. Neighbors are respectful and friendly and the staff are lovely and helpful. It's easy to find a smiling face for a quick chat but its also easy to find privacy when you need some. Regularly scheduled community events contribute to a fun and laid back work environment.

Highly recommend this co working office! It was a big step to leave my home office to join Venture X but I am so glad I did. I believe it was my best business move of the year. The networking and community in itself is a huge benefit. The staff is great and are always creating cool office events, booze carts, Christmas parties, pancake breakfasts, you name it. Very impressive office suits to wow your clients. Oh and if that’s not enough walk right out your front door to the brewery and all the restaurants in Park Circle! Worth every penny. Awesome place keep up the good work!
