  Marc was great and fixed our refrigerator quickly! He answered his own phone and was able to come out the same day, which was appreciated since all the others we called had answering services, some never called back and some said they were booked for weeks. Marc arrived on time, communicated he was on his way, simply kept to himself, did his job and charged a fair price. Will definitely call him again if needed.

  We scheduled an appointment to have our washer looked at, and repaired if needed. Our appointment was today between 11:00 and 1:00. We were told he would call before he arrived. 1:00 came and went with no call. My husband called to find out the ETA and was told he had an emergency call and would be here in another hour. Fast forward to 5:46 p.m. and he is still a no show. My husband called to see where he was. He was told to "call someone else" because my husband asked what happened. AND he hung on my husband. Rude and unprofessional!! DO NOT USE THIS GUY! This is no way to treat customer EVER, let alone during this time when so many businesses are struggling to stay afloat.
  
  UPDATE: Response to owner: you told my husband you had an "emergency" call. You said nothing about it being a medical emergency, BOTH times you spoke to him. We were led to believe, by your comment, that you were tending to an appliance emergency. We get that life happens and medical emergencies happen, but that is not what we were told! And my husband did not curse at you. I was standing there when he was talking to you. We had waited ALL DAY for you. It's not good business. A simple call saying you weren't going to be able to make it would have been sufficient, but to receive zero communication from you, except when we called YOU is ridiculous.

  Excellent customer service. Mark got my dryer up and running pretty quick. I highly recommend. Also, prices are very reasonable.
