We were very happy to go for a special occasion, but unfortunately the service was horrendous. We didn't see much of our waitress. She did not even give us silverware! We had to ask twice and it was the hostess who gave it to us. Our food was out and yet no utensils or napkins. The food was delicious but the service really made this great food and atmosphere subpar.

The mighty cashew chicken I ordered was soooo sweet I could not eat it. The volcano chicken a friend ordered was hard as a rock. Drinks on the menu were not available. The check was figured out all wrong also. And only one payee on the check! The one bright spot of our trip was our waitress you was bubbly and helpful.

Cute little spot! Great food with a nice atmosphere. Nice selection of sake as well. Pad Thai was on point and a nice spicy taste to it.

Friendly staff, healthy and satisfying food at a reasonable price. When they get busy the tables feel like you're sitting with the next table, but generally a very welcoming place to dine. Check it out!

Scallop sushi roll was perfect. Red Curry with Beef was amazing. Beer and sake options were generous . Priced right too. What is there not to like?

I have been here many times over the past four years. It has a cozy atmosphere and great food at a reasonable price. They serve a wide variety of food ranging from sushi, stir fry, curry, noodles and more. This is one of my favorite places to get curry. Thai-Namite is vegetarian friendly, but they add fish sauce to many of their dishes. You can ask to have them make the dish without it, but it won't be nearly as flavorful. One of my favorite things about this restaurant is that you have the option to add veggies, tofu or your choice of meat to most dishes. They've been nice enough to add half veggies and half tofu when I've been there.

Our server, Kelly, was very patient and suggestive on dishes that suited my pallette and my girlfriend's pallette. She also went above and beyond by offering different places to visit during our stay in Milwaukee. The food was well cooked, served in a timely manner and portioned perfectly. Thanks for a great dinner!

Excellent lunch here with no wait. Sat outside as they have 5-6 umbrella tables available. Go early for lunch though. It filled up as we left. Free refills on great iced green tea. Entrées were freshly made. Service staff was helpful with the menu and glad to accommodate our questions about seasonings and "heat" of several options. Spring Roll appetizers were very good. Peanut sauce was fresh made. Great value for lunch prices.

I went to Thai-Namite for lunch today with my mother and grandmother. When I went to use the bathroom I knocked on the door to see if anyone was using it. There was no response. So I tried opening the door and it was locked. I waited patiently in the hall. The next thing I know a middle aged chef is storming out of the lady's room straight at me screaming at me in another language. She imitated me knocking on the door and even though I could not understand what she was saying it sounded very aggressive and I could tell she was mad at me. Her attitude was very rude and I do not understand why she was so madbecause I knocked on the door?! I am very disappointed with the way that staff member treated me. I would not recommend this place to others.

This is one of the places I go when I have a friend or relative come to Milwaukee. The food portions are worth the dollar but is affordable and the food is great. It's also relatively true to Thai food and presented very well. The menu is small and focused on Asian cuisine which I think is rare nowadays.
The reasons why I didn't give it a 5th star is because the taste is a bit Western, the decor doesn't completely match the food, and there's Japanese and Chinese on the menu. Although the sushi is amazing, it doesn't match the Thai theme. According to my friend from Japan, some of the Japanese is inaccurate and some items are served incorrectlyresponse / report this review
