Fantastic shop. I have so many stories where I've been ripped off by other mechanics and dealers in the past that I've learned to try to do all my own car work. The stuff I get stuck on, I trust Prestige to take care of the problem fairly and honestly which I don't trust others to do.

Always willing to help and at a rate that blows away the dealership. I have had them provide cheaper options vs. full replacement of parts. It's great to have options, especially if you like older imports.

Hands down the worst experience. Place came recommended and I wouldn't send my worst enemy. No follow through and unable to address the issue at hand. For being in the industry and business for as long as they've been they aren't personable, no time management and can't address problem. if you don't mind getting ripped off and being without your car for longer then necessary good luck.

Great Shop, really stand up guys who don't overcharge. We've brought multiple different Volvos, Mercedes, and BMWs in and their staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I've brought my car back again and again, it's no wonder they are so busy! They do quality work, and are honest and decent guys. I happen to know a few of them personally. I should mention that they are some of the best in town when it comes to hybrids and electrics.

hands down the best Milwaukee auto service shop for my Smart car. I'm female. Enough said about how I usually get treated at auto sales/service places. Never have a problem here, these folks are good eggs. Never felt lied to. They seem to know their stuff and, finding a reputable Smart car service place is nearly impossible in Milwaukee.
