  Ordered the trio with the gaucamole salsa and cheese and the salsa was pico and the gaucamole was brown and cheese dip was very little. Complained to manager and she apoligized told us that was there salsa and brought us some fresh guacamole which tasted horrible and then said she found some salsa. The meals took us almost a hour and a half to get and resteraunt wasnt busy. The server was totally lost like she was new and manager said she wasnt. Overall horrible experience and probably wont return.

  We ordered, the waiter left our table an took 15 minutes to take another order. Our salads did not come before our meal, had to get them boxed to go. My baked sweet potato was half done.

  Omg! We had the beef tips!! Melt in your mouth delicious. Best I've ever had! Service was excellent. Shinika was a delight. Perfect waitress, not to much, not to little. We will definitely be back!!

  We walked in and the employees were too busy socializing to see us at first. Finally, a manager noticed we were standing there and our waiter took us to out table. Our waiter was very nice and helpful, he was young black man with tattoos, didn't catch his name. We ordered the "Blossom Onion" appetizer, (I believe it was called), and usually at anywhere else with this sort of appetizer is comes with a certain sauce, well this came with honey mustard, and it was not really good at all, but we were starving and ate every bite. We both ordered the Steak that comes with a crab cake. When the food was placed in front of us we immediately wondered where the rest of our $50 meal was the entrees were $20+ each, and the steaks were really really small. We decided to begin to eat it anyways, because we were hungry. We both got the rice pilaf as the side and it was flavorless and clearly came from a bag. The mashed potatoes I got with mine were brown for some reason, and did not appear appetizing, or taste good either. My date's vegies clearly came from a freezer, and they were not cooked fully either. The steak not only was small, but it was flavorless as well, and not cooked medium like we asked, they were both over cooked. Once having a bite of everything on the plate, my date asked for a manager to assist us, because this was clearly not up to par with the price. The lady that came to our table was super rude. She was trying to be nice and rude at the same time, and it was clear she was not happy with us expressing our experience and opinion. She grabbed the plates from us and said "I'll take these back since you didn't like your meal" and she only charged us for the appetizer. We were pleased that we didn't have to pay for our meals, because they we're indeed gross, but her attitude is what caught both of us off guard. I wasn't going to write a review, but after the experience with the customer service provided by management I think it should be well known that this place does not deserve your money.

  The atmosphere and the waitress were both nice. The rolls were wonderful, but the smoked brisket was not. I've had steaks here before and they were very good. Overall it is a good place to eat.

  My loaded mashed potatoes were not very good. They were dry and dense. Also my finance's filet mignon was over cooked and dry for a high price cut of meat. The server on the other was good so no complaints on her.

  Food was awful and the service was even worse. A night out to enjoy dinner quickly turned into a headache. Highly disappointed!

  Service was absolutely terrible. Our waitress forgot about us 3 times.. took forever to get our drinks.. forever to place our order.. and forever to get the food. The tea wasn't good at all and the food was very cold from sitting so long. My husband's steak was way under cooked and the mashed potatoes had a funky brown color and disgusting tastes.. then the mac n cheese had a thick cold film on top from sitting in the back so long. The waitress kept rambling about how busy she was but the entire restaurant only had about 5 tables with guests.

  When this restaurant first opened it was excellent. The quality has gone significantly downhill recently. I have eaten here on three occasions within the past two months. On the first occasion, our food took over an hour to arrive even though the restaurant was only moderately busy. On the second occasion, I ordered a medium rare steak which came out about five minutes past well done. My husband ordered a burger which came out raw in the center. On the third and final time I will eat there, my food took over an hour to arrive. The baked potato was raw in the center. As I said, when this restaurant first opened it was excellent; however, now it would be best to avoid.

  Nothing like a good steak! Came out perfectly cooked and it didn't take long to get drinks either but then again I sat at the bar.

  Took an hour after we received our appetizer to get our main meal. Food was not fresh and tasted like it was sitting a long time. It was terrible.

  Wanted to try something different and found a hidden gem. Happened to go in on a Thursday and it was All You Can Eat Ribs for $15.99. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The crowd wasn't large and our meals came out in a timely manner. The ribs were endless and very good. We enjoyed ourselves and will soon return
