I went toTess's in the Grand Ave mall yesterday & bought my first ever wig. The lady there Vanessa, was so helpful and kind. She was very knowledgeable & helped me pick the perfect wig! I tried on a few that were really nice. My mom liked the straight one best but Vanessa knew by the way my face lit up I'd be much happier with the curls. She gave me some great tips on caring for it. The prices were so much better then other places I went to & she had a much larger selection to choose from Then the other stores as well! I will definitely be going back!

I was shopping and kicked out of the store because the one person in the store decided she needed a bathroom break and didn’t allow me to buy my items because she had to use the bathroom that bad. Then proceeded to try to fight with me when I disagreed that she was unprofessional. The lady in the store could’ve seriously been hurt if I wasn’t having such a good day you need to work on that.

The customer service was great. However, everything is overpriced. I saw the exact same lipstick i purchased at another beauty supply for $2 less. And the wigs were way overpriced. $60-90 for a SEMI- human synthetic blend. You cant touch any of the wigs btw. Oh and contacts are $20 maybe normal price but the brand is freshgo and doesnt look as natural. Highly disappointed.

The staff was too busy talking to friends and family to help out customers. While using foul language at the counter. The wigs are nasty, synthetic and overpriced. To be honest, all of the products are overpriced. Try Walmart or Walgreens instead for your hair care needs. Store is very small and cluttered like a Goodwill or Forever21. We need better hair stores in the Grand Ave Mall. Shame on you Tess.

I bought a cheap wig online I figure it was a costume so color didn't matter omg when I got it the cap was way to small and the hair was so thin you could see my scalp. I found this shop its close to the hospital where I work and was I happy. My Halloween wig is a real wig I can wear every day and the price was very reasonable. I will be back

Last Thursday I decided to purchase the Halo Extensions, I drove all the way out to her national/Layton location during rush hour to find out the shop was closed. You can imagine my dismay since I really wanted to pick up those extensions. That being said I called the other location in Grand Avenue Mall to see if they sold them there, the answer was no. From there on the clerk at that lcoatin called Tess to let her know I wanted to buy them that night and that the only reason the other location was closes was due to car trouble. At the end of the day I was on the phone with Tess and she went out of her way to get those extensions to me that same day. I was so happy with my purchase and the fact that she went above and beyond for her customers that I wanted to write a review!

One more thing i LOVE my new Halo extensions, they go in easily and only took me a little while to get used to since I've mainly usd clip-ins. I would recommend her shop to anyone!!!
