Well the lady at the desk after looking at building said your wife "she don't get it" and pointed out an outlet in the floor costed 120 plus to add to middle of living room .. Sorry but no way does a 30 dollar outlet cost that much to add with labor. But I guess the Cadillac escalade in parking lot told me where the money goes. The add on s just are dumb with the cost. Going to have it built by a contractor.

As a model home village, this one is beautiful and well done. The homes are furnished and decorated so that you feel someone lives there. You have to register before going through the home, but can explore on your own without a salesperson beside you. Afterwards, you can ask questions and receive info and pricing on particular plans as well as get more info on custom designs.

We were in the area looking for a property and decided to stop and ask them about their models. The person helping us was very efficient and friendly. We ended up making an offer on an already built home but the offer fell through. We are no longer considering a property up in that area but if we do, I would certainly go back and visit them again.

Great experience with our home. Sarah has been wonderful to work with and we love our new house! The model village is great for getting ideas but it's nice that everything can be completely customized once you decide on things you like. Sarah was very prompt at responding to emails and questions, which we had a lot of!

poor customer service, treat you nice till they sell you a house, then wont even respond to questions, on issues that you find that are clearly the result poor workmanship from the factory!
