Great people here Helped me with my 2002 saturn got the alternator installed in a reasonable amount of time and did not charge excessively for being a holiday weekend Owner is a great Vietnam vet great person to talk to he liked my keychain tool i had next time through i will drop it off for him He told me how he used to carry one in vietnam and hasnt seen one in years the keychain will be his in a week or two

I stopped by because of an air leak. They located leak(air bag), sent out for the part, and had me on the road in 2 hours or less! Quick service and they were busy! Very friendly as well.

Worst company I have ever been too. Over price and will kill you on labor cost. These people have no idea what they are doing. Terrible customer service I mean I can go on n on about this company. Treat soldiers terrible. Says he is giving u a deal but over price it so high that you eventually just only end up paying 3x the amount that u normally would at any other place. Want give estimate because they dont want u to price around before getting your car fix. Very unfair.

Want to thank them for their help and recom them! I was stranded on a sunday with no shops open and looking like I wouldn't make it home. They were open and able to help me get on the road again for an awesome price. So grateful for their help!

Driving through on a Friday night and my alternator goes out. I call Walmart auto and they recommend that I call Exit 48 Auto Repair. Called them and there was not a Honda alternator in stock within 60 miles. The next morning my friend bought and drove an alternator from the twin cities. They installed it right away. Very professional and honest. Thanks again for getting me on my way.

This tractor repair shop came out as soon as I arrived brought out the computer checked the codes and got me in the shop immediately for repairs to replace my sensor on the regin an cleaned my regin filters replaced my radiator also not charging me an outrageous 1500 for a new radiator just 800 for a brand new radiator they could have charged me for new filters for regin burgers they cleaned them first. I really appreciate it. I was in an out no problems

This place saved the day for my family and I. We were headed up north for my Granny's funeral when the car died. This company towed us to their shop, replaced the alternator, and got us on the road in two hours! My father, who has dealt with garages his whole life felt like the charge was suitable for the services rendered. Thanks Exit 48 for getting us to Grandma Bernie's funeral on time!

Unbelievable! This place is terrible. Overcharged, slow, very disrespectful, rude, cluttered, cold as heck in the waiting room, and could go on and on. They will not quote a price for there work or parts. They make you sign a blank work agreement and fill in as they go. They told us we will look at it today, then tonight, then tomorrow morning. We ended up hiring another tow truck to take our truck to a honest, respectful shop. Under ANY circumstance do not go to this place!! This place thrives on taking advantage (screwing) of stranded motorists!!!!
