I for one would not work for them again. They tell you that you will make 8.10 an hour and when you get your check it us 7.25. To me they are a rip off.
My experience with Tender Care has been great! All my aides are very caring and dedicated to my well being. I don't know what I would do without my Tender Care family.
To whom it may concern,I strongly believe that Tender Care Inc. is guilty of discrimination, by definition:(treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit) also asking potential employees to pay out of pocket for documents to aid in the ultimate decision of their employment, background check ($20),DMV report ($6), drug screen ($20)then denying such prospects employment with no consideration or PLAUSIBLE explanation. I for one must say that Tender Care Inc. should be responsible for paying for these documents like the majority of employers do. Based on the fact that many people applying for a job has limited funds and can not afford to WAIST money on these documents just to be denied employment upon submission based on discriminating opinions. In short, Tender Care Inc. should pay for their own DMV,background, and drug screen rather than ask for prospects to pay for these items. That way if said persons is denied for employment he or she will not have to suffer such a great loss. You may feel like $46 bucks isn't much to "gamble" with but please take into consideration the fact that unemployed people have NO income and can not afford to lose ANY amount of money. I have a great feeling that this message will fall upon blind eyes and deaf ears but thank you for your time. God Bless
