Extremely unprofessional staff. I was told several times that they would call me back in regards to an issue with my son. I was not called back after being promised on several occasions. Extremely disappointed. I definitely do not recommend this provider. Do your own research on the web. Sad.

Horrible customer service. Requested paperwork, they didn't send it after saying they would. Had to go pick it up. Filled it out and sent it back in. Not. One. Word. No phone call, nothing. Had to contact them again and then they said, they could not see the family member. Office doesn't track anything or follow up on anything. This went on for a number of weeks.

I have been calling for over a month to get paperwork turned into another Dr. and no one has responded, when someone did finally get on the phone I was told to contact the Office Manager which was not in! After leaving numerous of messages, still no response! I am very upset and not pleased with how this office does business! Trust me I will tell more people about the bad customer service that I have had to deal with!

Don't subject a relative with mental problems to this organization . My wife received empty therapeutic exchange with a unenlightened, poorly trained social worker. Her sessions were fruitless.

One of the most inept business offices I've ever dealt with. They couldn't explain what I owed, couldn't answer questions, and did not return my phone calls. Unbelievably, hearing nothing from their office for eight months, I got a threatening collection notice. I immediately contacted their office manager and she was ignorant of the situation and dismissive. I was forced to make a payment that I didn't owe. Stay away!

Don't go see these people. Customer service is non-existent. I stopped by during business hours to drop off paperwork and they were closed. Called and left messages and they won't return your call. Requested to see Psychologist and they scheduled me to see a Social Worker. Don't know how they stay in business.
