Great people to talk to all around. Heidi is the merchandise area will help you find the right gear for you or like she’s done every time I go in there she helps me find the right gift to keep my wife. Anyone who asks me ware to go I send them to Tecumseh Harley Davidson and talk to Heidi aka “Red” she’s the best!!!!

Heidi is very attentive and super friendly! She even remembered a week later what jewelry I liked when my husband came in desperately seeking her help for my birthday gift! If you own a Harley or are thinking about buying one this is your place for top-notch sales and service. I have worked in the automotive service industry for 30 years now and I can tell you that the quality at Tecumseh Harley Davidson is equal to that of a high-end car dealership or better. They have always taken great care of me and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and knows me on a first name basis.

I am from out of state and stopped at Tecumseh Harley Davidson shop to pick up some parts for my Harley. Their service department was very accommodating help me make sure we had the right parts. They were also very knowledgeable. It seems to have become a rarity when you find people who can actually help you, and will take the time to make sure the customer satisfied these people did that.

Walked in with 7200 in cash looked at a dyna they were asking 2k more than nada value. And than the sales manager likes to waste your time playing games. He said they paid $8200 for a 2004 with 59,000 on it.

I called Tecumseh Harley for two front caliper bolts on a tue the said they had them and they would hold/put my name on them. I showed up on Sunday to pick them up to find out they sold one on me so I toke the one they had left. I whet home start to work on my bike and broke the lower fork stud. I called the again to order the fork stud and the lady I talk to on the phone said she would have them around Wednesday. I told her to order them and want to pay for them because of what happen before she said don't worry that it will not happen again so I showed up the next Sunday and guess what they did not have them
different time I went there they took my bike in the back and said I need a new clutch I ask how they know that without taking the primary case off he said by because the oil is dirtyresponse / report this review -
