Not pleased4 weeks at dealer finally got her home Wednesday. Initial price was nothing what was charged. $70 in parts and over &400 for laborto replace diaphragm?. Thinking of going to Goldwing or Harley Trike; at least know someone trustworthy and honest. Service desk (V) not professional on phone.

Second purchase from Team Powersports, their staff is wonderful! Chris and Cody are an awesome team! Cody took the time to show me different 4 wheeler's to make sure I was buying one that would make me happy. Chris worked with me on the numbers and Cathy made it all happen. I highly recommend Team Powersports in Garner! I never felt pressured to buy, they answered ALL of my questions.

Loved the people. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable about all their machines. Large selection plus will order any of the brands they carry. Highly recommend them!

Part 2: I would bet money on this place! We have returned and have received the same amount of professionalism and care that we experienced before and this time our children had a chance to meet the team. So far we have come in contact with Cody (salesman) Chris (sales manager) Justin (sales manager) Renee (parts and accessories) Travis (service) and Cathy (financial) and I'm telling you these people are awesome. From what we have seen of the others were have not personally dealt with they are just as professional, kind and knowledgeable as these. We love team powersport for their level of care, attention and knowledge they seem to give to each customer.

I don't remember the names of both of the gentlemen at the counter but the gentleman who checked me in and took my information was super friendly and made quick work of the computer work necessary for a new customer. The gentleman, Joey, who checked me out was equally quick and friendly; both were joking around while gathering the information they needed and made the experience overall quite pleasant. The inspection was complete in under a 1/2 hour!! So kudos to the technicians as well!!!

Based on the counter help and the speed of service, I am DEFINITELY going to be back!!!

Cannot find a better service person. He made sure my needs as priority service was done in a timely manner. Donnie, the Tech. also did an excellent Job and kept my Motorcycle Clean when the job was done. Shannon Burgess also made sure, by taking me to the rain gear section, and made sure my selection of rain gear, was exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, after trying the selection on, I determined it may be too small should I be wearing thick clothing, she exchanged the selection without any issues. Thank You all for your great service.

I've had my Honda 250 for about 5 months now and loving it. This is a beginners bike for me to learn on and to get my license. My 14 year old daughter is loving it as well. She has crashed three times in bushes and my under penning. The handle bars got bent and some scratches on the bike and had to replace the handle bars but the bike still runs like new. She rides like the energizer bunny ( don't want to get off). It's light easy to maneuver for me. My boyfriend wanted me to do a day trip with him. Not good for long distance though, rough on the bottom. Loving every minute of riding when I can. Thanks Team PowerSports!!!
