I wasn't disappointed in my first visit to get my eyebrows done. They did a great job and I left satisfied. My eyebrows looked great! My second visit went horribly wrong. I went back to get them done and they literally took out a PATCH of my eyebrow. My eyebrows didn't even look identical and that's a major problem. The lady let me look at my eyebrows when I was done but took the mirror away before I could even glance at them therefore I know she knew she did something wrong. My grandmother got her eyebrows done by the same lady and her eyebrows looked better than mine! I had to go home and it took me about 15 min to fix and fill in my eyebrow. I am very upset and I will not be going back. By the way there workers smell like smoke and it's disgusting.

While I have had positive experiences with most of the stylists I have encountered there, I have had a bad experiences with one particular stylist named Sheila each time I go there. Today was the worst of those. After asking for a trim, she proceeded to give me a military style high and tight. When I saw what she had done and told her that It wasn't what I expected, she replied "well, it will grow back". I want to be fair, and say that my experience with my son's haircut, and his stylist was quite the opposite of this. Sadly, when dealing with a chain the only recourse seems to be posting a negative review and no longer supporting that business.

I went in, got seated quickly, but almost as soon as I sat down I heard a stylist say that a customer from the previous day was there to get a touch up. So instead of having the customer wait, the person I was with had me move so he could cut his hair. Once finished he had me sit back down, neglected to clean the chair which still had hair on it and also skipped cleaning the scissors he used for the touch up. I had stated that my bangs needed to be fixed, but then after cutting my hair, he went on to say that it was my layers that were ruined. Not a good experience, won't be going back.
