  We had a fabulous experience working with Natalie and Team Armand to purchase our home in Durham and highly recommend them. Natalie is so warm, gracious, and patient and yet so professional, persistent, and informative, a combination I fully appreciate in an agent. She deeply listened to us and got to know exactly what we’d like. I was so impressed with her ability to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a property in such an objective way. She thought of every detail! I was amazed by her knowledge -- in fact, I wondered if there wasn’t anything she didn’t know! Her qualities helped us relax into the buying process and trust her completely to steer us in the right direction. Also, I highly value the team approach that Team Armand uses. Natalie was due to go away and wasn’t going to be able to show us the house we ended up buying. If Natalie’s colleague hadn’t shown it to us, we wouldn’t have had a chance to purchase it in the competitive market at the time. She and team guided us very nicely through to closing, so often going beyond the call of duty. We are so grateful for everything, and so happy with our new home.   Natalie and each member of Team Armand were amazingly patient and wonderful throughout our unconventional home buying process. Our unique situation created many complications and delays, but the team was always ready to receive us where we were and quickly yet carefully direct every step. Any stress we caused never showed, and it felt like we were held in a sincere smile of gracious support and clear-headed business all the way through. I would recommend working with them absolutely for any home-buying process. We are suddenly turning toward an opportunity now to build a house and sell our recently purchased home, and we are eager to work with Natalie and Team Armand again. What an absolutely comfortable, professional, and genuinely helpful experience we have had!

  I absolutely loved working with Natalie and Armand. They listened, reflected, offered their perspectives, and ultimately helped me sell my home in just 48 hours to a wonderful buyer. I could not ask for more well-informed and supportive agents!

  Armand and his team sold our home in Chapel Hill and made the stressful process of selling much easier. We always got a quick response when we reached out with any questions or needed help with any issues. I want to say a special thanks to Salina for guiding us through the closing while we were in another state and for quickly resolving a few issues that arose during closing.

  The "Sale of My House," a project guided by Team Armand Coldwell Banker, was a Class Act from the very first meeting at my home to the Final Performance when the Buyers' check was delivered to the specified destination.
  Moving my belongings from a large home into a much smaller abode presented an enormous undertaking, the size of which I, the Seller, had not anticipated. Michelle, who was appointed to be My Personal Realtor, had a sense of when I was overwrought by the packing process and she was always there to give sound advice, good service, and a big bite of confidence. She spent many unexpected hours helping me to prepare the house for the upcoming sale.
  Back in The Office, the unseen Others on the Team kept the data on pricing, publicity, timing, dates, schedules, and especially the unexpected "what-nots" in perspective so that I was always kept aware of what to expect next.
  Oh, that I had another house to sell!
