  I have bought and sold many houses and I truly have never had a realtor that was so concise and informative as Kevin! From the beginning to the end of the purchasing process the fine detail Kevin puts into the sale is unbelievable. We were purchasing an investment property and every time we were interested in a property Kevin would work up a ROI assessment of the property- and we looked at over a dozen properties. I do not know another realtor who would put the time and effort into making sure his clients have an accurate analysis of their potential investment property. I would give Kevin 10 stars if I could- Highly recommend!

  We worked with Kevin for over a year during a hot market and a global pandemic to find our first house. He was incredibly patient with us, knowledgeable about the ​dimensions of home buying and real estate, and generous with his time. He never pushed us to make offers on houses that were not a good fit, working with us to eventually find just the right place. We are incredibly grateful for his insight, guidance, and representation throughout the whole process!

  Kevin guided us in our home buying process. We initially connected via Zillow and I am happy we did. He was always very accommodating in scheduling property showings.
  Kevin is not only very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process, but he also knows a thing or two about repairs and remodels, which to me was very helpful in seeing the bigger picture.
  Working with Kevin was pleasant and I highly recommend him to represent you as a home buyer!

  We recently bought a house in Pittsboro, and as first time buyers, we were relieved to have found someone as patient, kind, and knowledgeable as Kevin to guide us through the entire process. He gave incredible attention to detail in all areas of the process and found us opportunities where we didn't know they existed. He presented all the information in an unbiased way and gave us plenty of space to think things through when needed. He was not only thorough, but went beyond the call of duty. I would very highly recommend him to all!
