Just purchased a Yamaha C2 piano used from Taylors music. Outstanding experience. Great price to begin with. Very accommodating folks. Had very specific asks with delivery and they made sure it was done perfectly. Highly recommend for all your music needs.

There is absolutely no better place to purchase an instrument from. Taylor's music is the only music store I've been to that keeps all their instruments in good condition. The sales staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
If you want a good quality instrument that will last, there is no better place than Taylor's.

I've been a Taylor's customer for many years, have purchased a number of guitars and a viola for my son. At Taylor's, I have studied with the best guitar teacher, Mark Oppenlander, for more than 11 years. I also would like say "kudos" to Chris Fenimore for his superb customer service, the kind you only find at a local business. I've not had a bad experience in the nearly 50 years of patronage - I find the staff at Taylor's to be knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I always leave with a smile. Thank you to all of you :)

BEWARE! Rented equipment through our child's school, returned the item to the school as directed before the date listed on website and now being hit with unexplained hidden charges and threats of being sent to collections. Very bad company!!

Taylor's Music store and their great customer experience was even able to stretch far beyond West Chester, Pennsylvania. I found an incredible guitar for an extremely competitive price and I live in Nevada.

Shane and Len were extremely kind to me and gave me wonderful advice. Len even contacted me before shipping my guitar.

Will do business again, Thank you!!! My Martin 000-28VS is wonderful. Best experience I've ever had with a music shop!

Taylor's Music Store is the best music shop in the tri-state area.

Several years ago, I purchased my Yamaha Xeno trumpet at Taylor's. Recently, it needed some service and cleaning. Their technicians did some fantastic work - the instrument looks, feels, and plays like I just bought it yesterday. Best of all, they were efficient, and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg.

The proprietor, Tom Buglio, really knows what he's doing. He runs an organized and effective business, yet he is always willing to spend a few minutes talking. He makes his customers feel like they matter as human beings, rather than mere dollar signs.

I try to recommend Taylor's Music in West Chester whenever possible.

Thanks for the great job you all did setting up my Seagull acoustic/electric guitar. I had been playing it for 2 years without having had anything done to it. I'm so glad I brought it in - it sounds amazing now and the action on the neck is just where I like it! Thanks for helping my guitar sound as good as it ought to. Really appreciate the good work!
