  Good security, they don't allow dogs which is great, good size apartments for center city. Worst part - noise from 430 am garbage trucks.

  Nice building, secure access and 24/7 door person is very helpful. Building doesn't allow dogs which is great since they can be a real burden in apartment living. Biggest drawback is noise from 24th street, excessive street projects, garbage pick-up, etc. Safe and clean building, decent price for Center City.
