Very inviting customer service. With a Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Not to mention a large selection of firearms, along with ample rentals to satisfy any curiosity that you may have. That's why I became a member.

Not African-American friendly. Came in the store an spoke no one said anything sat back and waited for someone to help me after 5 minutes finally. I noticed when white customers came into the store they were greeted and help immediately. The tall guy who looked like howdy doody you could tell by his appearance that he don't like black people and the N word is regularly used in his vocabulary

I had an absolutely exceptional experience here. I have been to ranges before and always struggled with overthinking and too much anticipation of the sound when pulling the trigger. Mike was a terrific teacher who broke down the basics of training and safety while maintaining a great sense of humor. This was the first time I've gone to a range where I did not leave disappointed in my performance and actually felt confident when handling a firearm.

I Had an awesome time there i Never shot a gun before so i had to try it during my vacation in Philadelphia. The Staff was super friendly and i had a good teacher who instructed me. Safety was priority number 1 and they made sure i knew everything before shooting. Would always go there again 👍

I've been to this place a long time ago when I was younger and remember how big this place was for such a hidden one, which isn't bad. The staff is the best at what they do. I was treated so well recent while purchasing a new firearm, which I would refer this place to anyone I know. They were right on point, fast acting, well spoken, and treated me with the most respect. I was in and out with no hassle. Great people, service in all. Range was amazing as well. Don't wanna mention names to get in trouble but there amazing people. All those other bad comments, I have no idea what they are talking about. I'll be becoming a member shortly. 😎

Being retired I have plenty of time to use the range. I am a member and it is worth every penny. Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and eager to help. They have a great assortment of weapons and I have purchased a few from them. The range is clean, roomy and automated. I feel at home in this gun shop. I would give it a ten star if possible.

It must be their intent to discourage certain people from purchasing a firearm Because I was mad to feel very unwelcome in that store, besides being ignored there was a tension in the air and the clerk was very vague and not very helpful. Felt like I was pulling teeth to get answers and help. It was strange because the white people before me didn't seem to irritate them at all. And I watched and waited for a good 5-10 minutes for help. Sad But not really unexpected I must say.

I went in to look at holsters, and I was listening to my mp3 player, as I had just finished jogging. i took my headphones out when it was my turn in line, and ask for a specific holster and the older white male said he can't sell me anything because I was talking on my phone. but I wasn't talking, and it was my iPod, so I showed him, and he said it looks like a phone and refused me service. I think it really was because I am a black man in a gun store.

So i walked in to make a purchase, and he kicked me out because he said he suspected me of making a straw purchase because I had my Bluetooth headset in my ear. the funny part is, it was my hearing aid, because I'm partially deaf. I tried to explain this to him and he said I'm too young for a hearing aid and refused to offer me service. I forget his name, but he was the really old white guy with the bad teeth. I will never go back here again.

Over all a clean well kept place. Range is decent with digital target range selection. They don't let you bring your own ammo without a fee. Their ammo and firearms are well over priced. Was accused of trying to make a straw purchase for explaining the different kinds of pistols to a friend and highlighting which features that they may like even after explaining that neither of us were making a purchase and were just looking.
