I had heard that Taylor Made Jewelry was great but to experience for myself was something else. From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we were kindly greeted by two amazing women. They were attentive and polite and addressed all of our concerns. My jewelry was cleaned, pieces were repaired and all questions were answered with honesty. But that is not what impressed me the most. My daughter brought in a necklace for the cremation ashes of her grandmother who had recently passed away. Neither of us knew how to fill the necklace or felt comfortable doing it. The jeweler tenderly agreed to assist us and gently and patiently took her time ensuring that it was handled properly and reverently. It was very difficult for my daughter to see because it was the first time she had seen her grandmother's ashes since she had passed. The ladies were kind throughout the whole process and even after it was time for them to have closed they continued to slowly work to make sure the piece of jewelry was secure and honored in how it was handled. I have never been more impressed with an employee of a company nor a business. This is definitely a place you can trust! Thank you Taylor Made for making a difficult circumstance a memorable occasion. You are the best!

My husband got me a new wedding band and had my engagment ring fixed for our anniversary. I am in LOVE with both! My husband had nothing but postive interactions with them as did I when I went in for sizing. Small town customer service with big city glam rings.

This is my FAVORITE jewelry store, and the only place I shop. They have done custom pieces, I have bought new pieces, and pieces from their consignment selection. My husband bought me earrings from Taylor Made and he really liked them. I went there to have a family ring melted down and have a new piece made, and I have been a fan ever since. They have beautiful, quality jewelry and fair prices. Everyone is wonderful to work with, and their turn-around time on sizing and custom work is great. You never know what you might find at Taylor Made Jewelry so you should stop by regularly to make sure you’re not missing anything!
