Angell law firm helped me with my accident and cared more about my well-being then the money. It really sounds like they put their clients first. Mr Kyle was my case manager and he was the best I got so far. Calls everyday with updates, and asking how I am feeling. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Great firm to work with! Most law firms you have to reach out to get your case information. But Angell law firm kept me updated on the status of my case and in the loop about the actions being taken to settle my case. Definitely would recommend!

I contacted Angell Law Firm and my case was accepted and considered a strong case after spending some good time on the phone with one of their lawyers. I signed the engagement letter immediately but after 3 days I receive a disengagement letter from someone called Kyle Kimler at the firm stating that my case was not financially viable. I call my lawyer and he has no idea what is going on which is not a good sign. But the worst thing was that the insurance carrier of the place we were supposed to sue was in copy for some unbelievable reasons as they should receive a different letter where the reasons of the disengagement are not mentioned. I write Mr Kimler and I let him know I am in total stupor as I did not even know the insurer was contacted, let alone let them know my case was apparently not strong any longer and lose any leverage with them. I also asked him to supply proof the insurer was contacted previously from them and asked the reason why he did not make a courtesy call at least. His reply was a standard letter is sent to the insurer (this was not his letter but mine), my case was not strong anymore and someone called me twice (which is a lie. Courtesy voicemail please?) and absolutely no proof the insurance was contacted in the previous 3 days. When I pointed out he pretty much screwed me this what he wrote:
Our decision on the disengagement has been made, and we are not going to engage in a back-and-forth. This correspondence will serve as a formal cease and desist letter for further communications with our firm.
This was after two short emails, not ten. Basically keep writing and I will sue you. So apparently with this firm you seek legal advise and you end up being sued. This was my terrible experience. Good luck to everyone.response / report this review
