  I was looking for a custom engagement and wedding band set and found Taylor Custom Rings on Google. Within 24 hours of inquiring, I was sent an email asking for more information and explaining the process from start to finish. Allie G. Helped me design the ring, pick a better gemstone than what I originally wanted, in the color I wanted, and made sure I was completely happy with the ring (with several digital renderings) before getting the ring made. I highly recommend them and if I ever decide to get an anniversary ring I'll definitely be coming back to Taylor Custom Rings.

  Working with Ashley to create a custom engagement ring could not have been better. Her communication and professionalism was top notch. I truly felt like I was given a very personable and tailored experience. My fiancé was blown away by the ring and I was blown away by the customer service and care. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect ring!

  I was a bit hesitant at first to order from Taylor Custom Rings because I had never heard of them. I don't have any social media, so I hadn't seen their work before finding them on google. I found them by looking online for some where that could customize a specific ring idea I had. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, extremely kind and communicative and easy to work with. I was really impressed with the rendering and how thorough and communicative they were every step of the way. I spoke with Riley, Mind and Maegan throughout the process. The process of creating the ring was faster than I expected and it only took 2 days to get to me through shipping after it was completed! Even though I only communicated with them through email, I felt like I was having a genuine conversation with a person. Nothing felt robotic or scripted which I really appreciated. It definitely made me feel like I could trust them with the process. When I first started considering a custom ring, I thought that I would never be able to afford it, but the cost was more than fair and affordable! I am absolutely IN LOVE with my ring. It is everything I wanted and more. Overall, this was a really great experience. I cannot recommend them enough! If you are considering Taylor Custom Rings, just do it. They are well worth your time and money!

  THIS COMPANY DESERVES 1,000,000,000 STARS. I wish EVERY couple knew about this husband and wife team. They are out of this world. They listen intently, keep open communication, and deliver exactly what you are looking for at the price you can afford. I speak with business owners all day for my work and this company demonstrates every characteristic you would look for when choosing to do business with someone. THANK you so much Mr. & Mrs. Taylor. You will always hold a special place in my heart for making my dream become reality!!!

  I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Jerry. I purchased my wife's engagement ring from him 11 years ago, and I just recently had him design a mother's ring for my wife. Both experiences were AMAZING! Especially with the custom mother's ring for my wife. I came in with a design drawn out, and had in mind something very specific. He was able to take that design and make it into something that was going to actually be beautiful. He was very kind about reworking what I had in mind, and together we came up with something amazing. My wife loves it. Thanks Jerry!
