Bought a chain n charm said it was GOLD! Took it because it was changing color they told me it's because it's white gold that it changes color with time but they can polish it for free n deep in yellow gold for $25.00 also I. Can take it to any jewelry store n they will tell u it's white gold. Dnt go it's fake gold!!

If i can give this place no stars i would .this place sold me a fake hollow chain. Told me the chain was 14k but it was some 10k plated yelloe metal i went to get it checked and it was fake. I spent 600 dollars.NEVER GO HERE !!!!!!

Just bought a chain and pendant this weekend and i woke up to the pendant broken this morning. completely snapped from the link everything was good such as the customer service and quality just sucks to see that happen to me. slept normally on it too on a couch so i had no space to really mobilize my body just confused on how it would snap off. :/
